How to replace cutting motor of Husqvarna Automower 220AC and 230ACX

Tools we used: Torx screwdriver T20, Allen key size 5, Allen key size 2.

Here is our step by step guide on how to remove and replace the cutting motor on your Husqvarna Automower. In the example we show an Automower 220AC. The same principles apply to the 230ACX.
A defective cutting motor may give the error message ‘cutting system blocked’.
