Mower lifted error occurs, however the surface is even.
A few month later one of the front wheels fell off, maybe it’s a sign of the issue, I don’t know. But it’s strange that the front of the mower pops when there is nothing on the ground.

Mine occasionally would trip when it runs over clumps of grass, or encounters a paver stone in the yard but since the newest upgrade (June of 2023) it is ridiculous and trips many times each time it goes out to cut the yard. I have attempted to contact support twice by sending them complaints emails, they write back saying they will get back to me soon and it has been weeks and I still have heard nothing. One guy on here said he solved it by removing the sensors from the front wheels and taping them together, which I am going to try because this thing is useless to me in its current state.
Yes true I have a WG797E.1 and it does it anywhere when it bumps into something.
Strange is that it goes backwards straight and then straight forward again. Sometimes three times then it gives up and says lifted.
No way to reset it. Just turn it over then it says turned over and then you can use the 0 button to start again.
Very annoying. Still have guarantee on it but grass is still growing so I wait a couple of weeks and return it for service.
