    Thanks. This helped me re-box it since it doesn't work and customer service has been giving us the runaround for a week. Customer service escalation is in China, so you get one response every 24 hours since they respond at night, usually with basic troubleshooting tips that you already went through on the phone with the north american hotline. Let's see if they actually issue a refund or not.

    Very dissapointed with the 600 version. I have a flat 120msquare yard and it can't go close to doing it on a full charge. cant find the base station. It's showing full siginally . its compleay useless

    Is there some way to get a Kress mower working at my location if we do not have a dealership anywhere near me? Because supposedly they need to set it up and the RTK antenna is located at the dealership and those antennas have the capability to transmit 15 to 20 miles away

    Hmmmm, looks not good if you have house in middle of your parcel… antena for sure can’t reach through house for communication with robot… is there AP extender? For get better signal??? If it is not, robot is working only if robot have visual communication with antenna
