Th 20-minutes shut down after error or stopped is for safety. Also the beeping before blade starts is to let you know what it is doing.
Worx says itll cut about 2" from the border.
I recently bought the WR341 myself and while I completely agree with you about the app severely lacking, I’m certainly not seeing the same issues with the mower that are on display in your vid. There was definitely a learning curve for me after I first brought it home but it seems to have settled in and is performing as expected. To be fair, I’ve only had it a couple weeks at best so I haven’t really had a chance to see how it performs over the long haul. I have used Worx technical support once and I’ve got to give them props because they were solid and were able to answer and solve my problem promptly. Perhaps you can give them a chance to work through it with you.
