I have a Bosch ProCore 18V 8ah battery. Not much used. It doesn’t show anything on bar indicator. +/- terminal is 18,16V, -/Tool terminal is about 0V such as -/termistor, -/charger. +/Tool is 18,16V, +/termistor is 17V, +/charger is 18V, every cell is quite well balanced at 3,635 V there are no loos connections, this some kind of tubular fuse on „-” terminal looks fine. But the battery doesn’t charge (charger won’t even notice that anything was even plugged in) and tools doesn’t work on this battery. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

Very good! But one hint: when you weld put the electrodes left and right from the gap – weld with the gap inbetween. This cut in the nickelplate makes the current for welding goes down through the cell where its needed to weld and not through the nickel plate itself.

Good video. Any idea why my Bosch 18v 8Ah procore battery will charge and say it’s full but only 3 of the 5 fuel gauge lights will work? I tested the cells and they are good.
bollocks.. if a battery shows 3.7 v it can still be bad..thats an old.model , i got several that show 3 lines charged and when i put em on the anglegrinder it holds 30 s and its dead..if its old you habe to replace all the cells..ALL the cels..they re done

My battery shows 19v then nothing. Seems to switch off straight after showing a reading. Each cell shows just over 4v. Is this a thermistor fault and how do i change it? TIA

Great video. I've specialized in the dewalt battery over the last year. 5ah are direct easy replacement. 9ah are very time consuming and usually its the same 2 cells that are bad. Poor bms design. Hard to tear apart but there is a method with high $$ return.
