The 5 blade cutting disk is available from Husqvarna and will fit the 430X, 430XH, 450X, 450XH, 520, 520H, 550, 550H, and the 450 & 550 EPOS variations of Automowers. That’s right, this is able to be retrofitted onto older 400 and 500 series Automowers, BUT there’s a few things that you need to know about applying this 5 blade cutting disk to your mower in order to get the best performance and keep from breaking the new cutting disk. Speaking of performance, this 5 blade cutting disk can help give a better cut on 450X EPOS, 450XH EPOS, and older 550 EPOS, 550H EPOS models when using systematic mowing.

do you ship to europe? at what cost?
Don't need the cutting disk but man I want that logo!!! 😂
Thanks for all you guys do with the great help and videos
Also, the LED panel on Frack is half lit. Can that be changed or do i have to replace the panel? Also I am looking for a new pin-out power connector that goes from the charging PCL board to the guides, perimeter wire and power (i have a good power pinout). I just want the pin-out connector unit, no wires. It's on item 23 in the 450xh parts diagram.
Thank you for the video. I just purchased 2 full mow deck kits for 2 of my 450xh's. I need one more kit for the third field mower 450xh. Waiting till you have them in stock.
I’d like to purchase one of these kits for my 315X here in the UK.
Would you be able to ship it here for me or do you have anyone in the Uk that sells them for you?
I bought the cutting disc from someone else, can I buy the skid plate only?
Wow I’m learning about this for the first time and also learning about the new cutting disk size for more blade exposure. I ALWAYS thought that there should be more blade sticking out and considered modding my disk but was always afraid there was a reason for it.
Great channel, man, you’ve saved me so much money and helped me so much with my automower experience.
I just installed this 5 blade cutting disk. It seems to work well but now my mower is much louder. There is a whirring sound almost the mower has a motor. Is this normal?
Is for a 450x, a software adjustment required due to the resistance during mowing?
Do you see a significant difference in the cutting quality between the new 3 blade and the 5 blade disks? I recently updated to the new 3 blade disk and like the quality of the cut. Wondering if it is worth changing to the 5 blade
Do you have anything similar for the 315X?
Any chance on posting the OD of the 4 disks?
Does this 5 bladet disc fit the newer 400 nera plattform? Ie 420/30/50 nera models?
Looks like it is already out of stock
Great video. What is the diameter of the old vs new cutting disks and skid plate?
Excellent work. Love this channel. You guys are the best. Had no idea this thing existed. I'll definitely order soon. If there's an installation vid in your history, I'd appreciate a link. Again, you guys rock.
