I have a battery Bosch Powerpack 400 from 2020-03, 17000 km distance. It holds the charge nicely but the motor starts to chop after 10km like it's not getting enough power and then it shuts off. I can start the engine a while later and it works again. The battery has done its job I GUESS? Almost four years with 125km per week…
Good evening. please tell me, I rode a bike in the rain and ended up getting the battery wet. Now it works with an error: the LED strip is constantly blinking. There are no problems when riding when it is connected to the bike. but when I turn off the bike it turns on by itself. when the battery is not in use, the charge indicator blinks all compartments depending on the charge

so can you use a normal 36 volt 10 amps bms in these batteries as i dont see why not there is nothing speciaal about thjm, if not have you got a link to where i can buy a replacement
so if you have a faulty bms for this battery where do you get it repaired or where do you get a replacement or can you chnage it for a 36volt 10 amp regular bms

Mini solar tip (winter, also camping): You can gradually turn down a boiler and all other hungry electricity consumers with the "5000W dimmer". Ebay €7. I run 5 dimmers in parallel on an 850W inverter. Kettle 2.2KW at 150W runs 12 hours a day, so the water is always hot. The room is also nicely heated. 2.5KW washing machine runs in parallel with dimmed to 200…400W. Iron, dishwasher, oven, electric heater, coffee machine, all internal heating are throttled with me. Videos on my channel https://youtu.be/eC2olbCBhh0 The inverter stays cool, quiet and the MOSFETs + (battery) remain intact because no extreme current peaks arrive at the inverter. Now every Mini PV Inverter is enough to sell large devices. So, with the dimmer, all internal heaters/devices can be converted into base load devices that stay almost permanently ON, drawing very little current directly from the PV. With a wattmeter / energy cost measuring device you can then measure this perfectly in order to set the dimmer optimally.
A little hint (for everyone else): Energy cannot be saved. So if I want to boil my water, I always have to use the same amount of energy for one liter. Christian's method relies on a longer period of time with less power in order to be able to use the power provided by the PV as efficiently as possible – so consumption peaks are intercepted. In the end, the energy consumption should even be (slightly) higher due to the interposition of the dimmer, but it doesn't matter, since more efficient coverage by the PV system and therefore better use of the self-generated energy….. ……. 🌞 …
The way you have the cell strips configured it will not balance well.. you should put two more strips on the cell groups.

Hi, I replaced old cells in my powerpack 500 with new Samsung 3500 mAh. The accu is weaker then the 4yr old that I have on 2nd bike. All the cells are fine, voltage is good. Do you know what it can be??

Hi, Many thanks for the video. I have a Bosch battery as shown in the video & I am looking for some advice. According to the Bosch Diagnostic Software the Battery is deactivated with one light showing on the display & the Battery refusing to charge. My question is, if I replace the cell pack but use the original BMS, will the BMS still say it is deactivated or will it allow the Battery to work? Thanks in advance

How is it possible that vanmoof cycles achieve 500wh with 30 cells instead of 40? Also one important step is missing: how do you get to 0:11, or how is the case opened?

What was the problem and these cells last for very long time.
I found most of batteries problems is the bms not cells unless it's water damaged.
