So many people giving reasons why they wouldn't buy one but I believe I have the perfect use case, I have about 1 flat acre to mow but due to a lot of obstacles takes me forever to push mow. I don't have any place to store a riding mower and I travel a lot. So for the days that I am home I don't want to spend my time mowing because I have too many other projects to work on. That being said I'll probably wait til next year to grab one of these Gps mowers to let them work some bugs out and torn between this and the Luba 5000
My yard guy charges $25 for a crew of 3, they knock it out in 10 to 15 minutes. $3000 gives me around 125 weeks with no effort or equipment to deal with on my part. Having said that, it looks to be a great unit.
Kinda cool, but for $3000 divided by 52 weeks a year, you’re kinda paying $58 a week for lawn mowing services from your robot the first year. That’s a premium price, you could just pay some kid $30 a week to mow your lawn, and you’d spend only $1500 a year on mowing.
