I just got the M800 model, and so far I have not gotten it to cut a millimeter. My issue is the Lawn Exploration, I have probably tried running it 20+ times, but it keeps getting stuck everywhere. And off course when it does, you have to start over again from the charging station, and the the mower doesn't seem to remember a thing from the last run.. It seems that everything that is "hanging" towards the ground but doesn't go all the way to the ground, is impossible for the Landroid Vision to deal with. I mean, even in situations where the camera should pick up obstacles, it has a really hard time dealing with them. I did see the same behavior in your video here, with the metal pole, either the camera is not seeing the pole, or the software is incapable of measuring the distance from the camera to the pole in relation to the placement of the wheels. In my garden, it constantly get's stuck around the edge of the porch, the mower tries to go straight forward, even thou there is an obstacle in front of the wheel.
If I didn't know that the camera actually has a wide angel lens, I would never have believed it.
Also, the magnetic stripe, oh god in heaven the magnetic stripe… The way they have designed the usage, must have been drunk at work. The mover finds the stripe, it centers on it and follows it to the end. Now, if the stripe ends at for instance a wall, then the mower will just drive into the wall and try to keep going, it doesn't look like the camera feedback is even in use then the magnetic stripe is detected.
I have only managed to get 1 full round of Lawn exploration, but the mower just started on a second round instead of going to the base, and off course, failed on the second round, aaaand back to start.
Question: Should it be enough with 1 successful Lawn Exploration round?
For those interested, I asked Worx support if it is possible to bury the magnetic stripe. The answer is no, they even mentioned that if to much grass/leaves and other stuff covers it, you might need to pick it up and place it anew.

Gott, wie das Teil schon wieder knallhart an jeder Wand entlangschrammelt, weil man sich wieder den Sensor dazu gespart hat. Nach hinten ist er auch blind, navigieren und in Bahnen fahren geht auch nicht… Danke fĂŒr die Warnung, wird wohl ein Ecovacs.
Hallo, eine Frage, wenn er die zone erkundet hat ist ĂŒber den weg wieder zurĂŒck und zur ladestation. Muss man jetzt noch was einstellen oder fĂ€hrt er jetzt immer allein in die zweite zone. Habe es heute endlich mal hinbekommen, dass er ĂŒber den Weg ist und zurĂŒck. Mfg Doris
Bei mir erkennt er die 2 Zone nicht, fĂ€hrt immer an den grĂŒnen Ringen vorbei und ĂŒberquert den Weg nicht. Wie hast du das gelöst?
es ist ein interessantes video, da dieser Hindernisparcour/Acker absolite Endstufe ist. Das ist ein tolles Beispiel, wie man es nicht machen sollte bzw wo die Grenzen des GerĂ€tes sind. Meines erachtens willst du hier die limits erkunden oder du hast dich schlichtweg nicht mit der technik auseinander gesetzt. wenn man 20 cm langea Gras hat und von oben die Kamera nur GrĂŒn sieht oder Mal Braun sieht wird das gar nicht funktionieren. Aber trotzdem danke fĂŒr das Video. Mir hat es sehr bei meiner Entscheidung geholfen

Bei diesem "kunterbunten wie zerklĂŒfteten Garten/RasenflĂ€che bin ICH mit nem herkömmlichen BENZINER schneller fertig, als das ĂŒberteuerte Spielzeug, was du hier in der ganzen Zeit foilmst. Scheinbar auch nur wegen der PRODUKTWERBUNG/KLICKS…!

Habe eine fĂŒr mich sehr wichtige und ausschlaggebende Frage:
Ich habe zwei RasenflÀchen voneinander getrennt mit zb. å 400m2.
Praxis: Wenn der Works die 1. RasenflĂ€che gemĂ€ht hat, miss ich ihn auf die andere RasenflĂ€che tragen da kein Weg dorthin fĂŒr den MĂ€her, was kein Problem ist.
Aber, was wenn der Accu bei mÀhen der zweiten RasenflÀche leer geht, ich trage den Works zum Laden, ok, stelle ich wieder hon wenn vollgeladen ist, mÀht er dort weiter oder fÀngt er von vorne wieder an?
Senario zwei:
RasenflÀchen 600m2, Ladestation im Keller da kein Strom auf der Wiese.
Ich trage den MÀher auf den rasen, er mÀht bis er leer wird, ich lade ihn auf, wo mÀht er dann weiter, dort wo aufgehört hat oder von vorne am Anfang?

Wie lange hat denn die Trainingsphase gedauert? Ich sitze jetzt seit net halben Stunde hier und der MĂ€her fĂ€hrt schon zum 5. oder 6. Mal die AuĂengrenzen rund.
Bis jetzt hat er noch kein einziges mal gemÀht. Muss die Erkundungstour abgeschlossen sein damit er mÀht?
Meiner fÀhrt zwei drei mal die Erkundungstour. Dann ist der Akku alle!! Habt ihr eine Idee
Meine Empfehlung: Mammotion Luba anschauen. Kostet das Doppelt, funktioniert dafĂŒr aber auch perfekt.

Alter Schwede, ist der blind, der fĂ€hrt ja ĂŒberall erst mal gegen… sollte eigentlich die Cam erkennen und ausweichen, da hat WORKS noch viel Arbeit an der Software… na in 1-2 Jahren wird das dann auch was.
Gratuliere! Das habe ich auch noch vor mir. Hab meinen heute erst abgeholt. Derzeit regnet es leider. Welchen Softwarestand hast du drauf? Er mĂŒsste die Hindernisse eigentlich besser erkennen.
