Machine cannot be charged anymore because it doesn’t boot up.
tried 2 batteries , old one was charged up to 19.2V , the new battery wasn’t charged but can’t be charged either because the machine doesn’t boot up.
any suggestions/experiences are welcome

I have this problem as well. Mine boots up sometimes but the battery isn’t charging. 28 volt at the charging station and in the machine but at the battery 16. When I disconnect the battery 18 at the battery. Have you found a solution yet?
