Step 2: upgrade firmware from 3.30 to 3.32

Thank you for posting this clear video. I have the same issue, I have managed to downgrade to 3.30 but it won't upgrade to 3.32 or higher. It accepts the USB and displays USB but when pulled out it just goes to the main screen and displays 0 with no buttons responding. Did you have similar issues? PS the stick was empty just had the 3.32 file on
Worked fine but faster to use 2 usb sticks (one with downgraded firmware and one with the latest firmware)
Just gut the same today. Locked and unable to confirm pin. Power on. Wait for pin entry. Trigger update from app. I was on 3.32. After the update mower was unlocked. Thanks

Unfortunately it doesn’t work in my case. I solved when I replaced the flat keyboard
