Keeping moisture out of the chassis of your Automower is a very important part of keeping your Automower running and mowing like it should. In this video we show you a 430XH that had to have the main board replaced because of corrosion and damaged components on the main board that occurred because moisture found it’s way into the mower. So how did the moisture get into this mower? In this case water came in through the grommets at the front of the mower where the headlight and charging plate wires enter the mower’s lower chassis. As you’ll see in this video it is VERY evident where the water came in and the evidence that proves that 2 of the 3 rubber grommets/plug were not installed correctly at some point and allowed water to enter the mower’s chassis.
