Der Mäher ist der letzte Schrott hab 2 wochen damit verbracht und zuruck geschickt

Wir haben gestern unseren gekauft und es steht bei App aktualiesierung unbekannt und er will nicht laufen , was kann ich machen
Nach dem Update ging erstmal gar nichts. Weder aus der Station, noch von der Wiese aus ist er gestartet. Es kamen sinnlose Fehlermeldungen wie "außerhalb der Begrenzung" – lustig bei einem Mähroboter ohne Begrenzungskabel. Der Support empfahl den Akku zu entfernen und wieder einzusetzen. Das half nicht. Unter roboter-forum.com wurde mir dann geholfen: Ausschalten>Einschalten>Start Taste oft hintereinander drücken bis zur Pineingabe, die Fehlermeldung war verschwunden und ich konnte in den Explorationamodus (Rasenfläche erkunden).
Dieser wurde nach zwei Touren abgebrochen, ich denke er fand die Ladestation nicht mehr. Ich habe diese nicht parallel zur Rasenkante, wie in der Anleitung beschrieben, positioniert. Das werde ich morgen tun und das Ergebnis hier hochladen.😅
