Most high-end RTK mowers require you to install a bulky antenna on your roof and pay a monthly fee for data. The Landroid Vision Cloud breaks the mold by offering Free for Life 4G data and Free Net RTK service included in the box.

We’re putting this robotic mower through its paces. From the AI-powered mapping to its centimeter-level precision, we find out if this is truly the most cost-effective and easiest-to-install mower on the market.

Why this mower is different:
💰 Zero Subscriptions: Free 4G data and Net RTK correction for the life of the product.
📡 No Antenna Needed: Uses Cloud-based RTK—no hardware to bolt to your house.
🚫 No Boundary Wire: Vision AI “sees” the grass and boundaries automatically.
📍 Centimeter Precision: Systematic mowing lines for a professional finish.

Key Features Tested:

Net RTK Performance: How accurate is it without a local base station?
4G Connectivity: Testing the “Manufacturer Covered” data service.
Vision AI: How it handles multi-zone lawns and narrow passages.
Obstacle Avoidance: Can it really see toys, pets, and shoes?
Is this the end of the boundary wire era? Let me know what you think about the “Free for Life” data service in the comments!

  1. Hi Great video sure helped me. I purchased the wr 320 and I have a question?? When my mower sees a dandelion sticking up and I have them all around my yard. When it sees these dandelion growed up it’s goes around them. Any help???

  2. Hi Mark
As a follow up from my comment I decided on the cloud vision and despite having a small lawn, I liked the 306 for a few reasons. One was that it has a stereo camera (whether or not that makes much difference, I don't know), it has a bigger battery which I thought may be beneficial for longevity, and small point, I preferred it in all black not that it would have been a deal breaker. It worked out at £100 more than the 303 with the cut to edge option which I wanted anyway but it's not available until between July to October on Amazon so I looked at Amazon de as I know worx landroids are popular in Germany, and they're much cheaper. Anyway, I ordered it on Tuesday and it's coming tomorrow (Saturday) and I paid £719. That includes £116 import duty and £23 for delivery. That was for a faster delivery as well so all in all I got it for£70 less than the 303 with the cut to edge attachment! This option might be helpful for anyone else thinking about one of these. I'm sure the same applies to other manufacturers and I know there's a bit of a risk by buying abroad but Amazon's customer service is pretty good though I have to admit that I don't really like buying from them for a number of reasons.
Edit. I noticed that you answered a question on the difference between the mono and stereo camera which was what I had assumed.

  3. Fantastic video. I have ordered this mower. My lawn is surrounding by 12 inch paving slabs at the same level as the base of the grass. My patio rises 2 inches above those pavings slabs. I would like to keep the charging point on my patio. Would you have any idea if the mower could navigate that 2 inch step, or would I need to fashion some sort of ramp?
Extra question – I might have missed this or perhaps it was edited out – do you know why the mower did not perform the smart trim you selected for zone 2? I am wondering if it attempted it on the wall side first, failed, and then did not attempt on the other sides?

  4. I just got one of these. There is some frustration getting things setup and venturing off map and getting stuck but works pretty well otherwise. How can you adjust the mapping for a large no mow area in the middle of a map? I drove around it thinking it would cut it out but it didnt work.

  5. Thank you so much – thanks to your video, after hours of frustration I finally found the hidden „slide up“ menu in the app. I agree this is an awesome mower. I disagree that setup is smooth: I found the app to be quite counter intuitive, i.e. took me a long time until I realized that you are supposed to push-move the manual drive controls rather than pressing or holding. Also, the mower occasionally does not respond or displays confusing messages. For example, it shows „F1“ and blinks the battery symbol when in reality it is just in „rain delay“ mode. It’s a great mower at a great price, however the teams that write the manual and designed the mower UI have a lot of room for improvement. Thanks to your excellent video, most cleared up now. Thank you!

  6. The biggest challenge is that the WiFi connection keeps failing. My mobile and Ring camera are connected to the same WiFi without any issues. Also, the TV, washing machine, refrigerator, office laptops, and kids' iPads are all connected to the WiFi. Unfortunately, the smartest Robert, this device is unable to connect to WiFi. We installed a new wireless router in the backyard, and while my laptop connects, Robert still can't connect.

  7. Thank you for your review!
I have one question though, can one recognize a difference between the biggers models compared to this one, focused on the camera system? The WR303e only has a mono camera, compared to the wr365e that has a stereo camera.

Is the object detection any different?
    Maybe you know the answer.
    Thanks 🙂

  8. Witaj Marku,

  9. This is an absolutely fantastic video. It was a huge help when I was setting it up. The information about the Cut to Zero module was also very helpful, and I ordered it right away. I’m just thrilled with the video and the device. Thanks for the video 🎉👌👍👍

  10. Hi Mark
Thanks so much for this superb and detailed no hype and honest review. It's really helped me to make up my mind on which make and model to choose. I currently have a worx 142e which has been ok but not without issues and now has a resistive boundary wire which is worse than a broken one that intermittently shows up wire missing when the mowers out and does things like going around in circles and starting and stopping so it's about time to upgrade. We go away for weeks and sometimes months at a time so I need something that's going to be reliable and not constantly have to have my son pop round to sort things out! I was just so overwhelmed with the number of manufacturers and thought, how on earth am I going to make an informed choice.(I'm very thorough with my research and spend many hours on making sure I choose the right product). I have looked at others (some that you've reviewed) and read comments on the reliability of some makes which has somewhat been helpful in making a decision. This particular model is, I think very reasonably priced compared to others. I only have a small lawn so it would be perfect for me though I will buy the cut to edge option. I don't have any signal obstacles either. The only question I would ask is is there any advantage to having a mower with LiDAR especially with a clear view of the sky? I also have a pond that a mower could end up in but I'm pretty confident this won't happen!
I have to also comment on your stunning property and your attention to detail. Everything looks absolutely perfect!

  11. Great review! BTW I notice on the Worx website that the Cut-to-Zero module is compatible with what looks like all the models: WR303E, WR304E, WR305E, WR306E, WR365E, WR365E.1, WR308E

  12. Going to have to review this. I did the earlier model in 2024 with haphazard cutting but this looks like a massive improvement, especially with the side module.

  13. My lawn is 330 m2, just over the WR303 max cutting area. What will happen in this situation during mapping please? My old S300 has coped no problem, especially when fitted with the 4ah battery. Will the WR303 take a 4ah battery? Great review, Landroid fan here.
