  1. Thank you for putting in the exact model number in the title. This is immensely helpful finding the correct video.
And also thank you for showing the shell disassembly and not cutting that out. There are many designs with intricate mechanical locking mechanisms (on some TranzX models, you have to flatten some round plastic panels by pushing on them to be able to slide them off without breaking the internal prongs), so your video helped opening this battery with confidence of not breaking the shell

  2. Hey Doc great vids. I have a strange problem. bosch 400 battery and the charger stops charging after some little time say 1-2 mins. check voltage and its around 35v so should charge……any help please

  3. Hello mine has all the cells at 4.2V, BMS board seems to work for charging and i get 42V from the 10S 18650 black and red wires. But nothing from the output of the BMS to the connector of the battery. Is there any DC DC converter to get 36V from the 10S voltage ? it got be the problem…? Seem like 2 big MOSFET at the output ?

  4. have you used the ali expres battery tester (the new one with the blue board) on a bosch battery to test? if yes, how does that work out? 🙂 good video's man 🙂
