Moebot robotic lawn mower won't start , claims it's “lifted”

Thanks for this set of video's. I'm having second thoughts on buying now. Do you have an updates on if you got it going again or is it still trapped trapped trapped oh it's lifted that's something different, oh I see you got yourself lifted in the docking bay well that's good. Anyway if you can update us on a fix (software update) or they are sending a new one, let us know. Thanks.
