Here I repair a wheel motor that is installed in many of the smaller machines coming from the Husqvarna group. Its installed from 2020 in Automower 320 Nera, 305, 310,and MK2, 315 and MK2, 315X, 405X, 415X , and Gardena Sileno City and Sileno Life, MacCulloch ROB and many others.

Es justo el problema que tengo.. el motor va bien pero alabea mucho la rueda por ese problema, pero me puse y no soy capaz… Tendré que cambiar el motor, pena que no vendan algún despiece del motor. Un saludo

Jag har en 310 mk 2 som är snart 2 år. Det har börjat hacka och rassla när den svänger och ibland så svänger den ryckigt. Det kommer inga varningar osv. Är det kugghjulen i planetväxlarna som är problemet?
Considering ordering a kit. I have a 310 with 1717 serial number. Diagnosed at the shop with a broken motor.
They want 130 for a new motor and 200 for putting it in. Euros.
I guess that hour of work and a hit from you should do the trick?
They should produce/sell only the part with the plastic cover and bearings, without motor and gears. It would be probably half the cost to keep the mower going. I just changed the whole part, it comes with motor+gearing… alltough i only needed the bearing part, everything else was working fine. It was about 160 euros 🙁
Are you willing to service this part also if one sends it to you, or do you only sell this as a kit ? It seems not the easiest job to diy 🙂
What grease are you using?
What is most common to replace 7 years old Gardena R70Li suddenly it will not charge and battery is original. But I think there may be more? Bearings, zimmerring and more in driveline?

Have my order home now, the set with the langer shaft. I have taken the old motors apart now and only need to take the shaft apart and the 3 mini shafts. As I see I have the old version whit the 4 screws to take the barring out, looks like it’s a bit easier than the one on this video. I am waiting for a new vice, broke mine a week ago 😅 than I will take the shafts apart en press the new one’s in. I keep it posted. Greeting from a Dutch man living in Germany.
