Why We Have to Take Care of Our Feet?
An ordinary person takes 8000 to 10 000 steps per day.
It’s equivalent to 5 miles (8 km) of walking through the day or about 115 000 (185 000 km) miles in a lifetime.
Both feet (combined) make up for 25% of the body’s bones, 18% of joints and 6% of the muscles.
Doing damage to any of these parts can cause severe damage to our bodies and how we accomplish our daily tasks.
One of the best ways to stay healthy is by moving, whether it is through activities like running/walking, dancing, weight lifting, or even just cleaning your house.
Our feet are:
🦶the ones that get the most wear and tear.
🦶The one that supports you all day long.
🦶The one that is not taken care of can affect your knees, hips and entire spine.
Learn how you can keep your body healthy thanks to other parts of your body, like your feet.
