I expect you've long since sent this one back, but the firmware on the 4WD is now pretty darn good. All the complaints I had early on are gone with some better mapping and being able to configure no-vision zones. I suspect the 2wd might be a little better too, but nothing short of adding wider wheels (or doubling the existing ones) is going to get more traction. I'm hoping to pick one up cheap from an Amazon returns store to test that theory out.
how is edging?
not a fan of this mower!
not as keen on this one as my Luba 3
cuts better in the day or night
pull the triggger!

doubt this is wht you want for $2,500 but its cool tho
no way ill get one
Interesting. I have mine running for a month on my 1 acre property. Has not gotten stuck once running for 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Not getting the edges great but im happy. Last bot whoch was husq 435x got stuck every couple of days. Agree that the app could be better.
lets go night vision!
biggest regret?
You know I praised the worx, I can not believe your is having issues. Mine has honestly never done this, but you’re not the only one that is reported this behavior.
If they can just get the firmware and the vision dialed in?
Will it do better on the edge during sunlight?
I’m waiting on a good firmware update and I will get mine back out there mowing again, in the meantime, I will be using the Luba 3.
im on the fence about this one…
It won't near the curb as it doesn’t see it, your grass is too tall.
The cement edging must be less than a half inch. It went up on it and came down with a thump…too tall.
Ypu have to trim the cement curbing. It does go closer to fencing than your riding or push mower.
Your edging at the beginning is not defind
Honestly my only issue with mine is what you encountered at the end. It seems to pick a certain location type to get "Trapped" and tries for a little bit before powering down, but in my case its out of a grassy area. I expect them to resolve this via firmware and am going to be patient with mine because it does do a great job in 98%+ of the yard.
The app and software isn't terrible, but the AI/firmware and actions of the mower as shown in your cut is where things are questionable. The main place I find the app lacking is scheduling and maintaining a queue for what zones will be cut over multiple days. It intentionally quits trying at midnight and resets, so you seem to need to make your zones and schedules small enough to complete before midnight. Tomorrow it forgets anything it couldn't get to because of rain delays, etc.
Have friends with the Navimow x430 and I'm not sure I'd expect that to be way better. I'm holding out curiosity for the Mova Lidax AWD, but they don't offer one big enough to cover an acre yet. I really wish there was a Lidar mower with the mobility of the Worx Landroid 4WD.
Definitely NO
