@WORXTools I’ve previously owned a landroid robotic mower that was wired. I was very excited for this product, the Landroid cloud vision, which promised very little set up.
Boy was that the wrong expectation. The documentation for setting this device up is woefully sub standard. The app is a mess, and eventually locked me out from this new mower and my previous mower!
I called for help with works. Customer service rep told me that during training all the trainees had problems connecting this device to make it work. They get calls all the time and they know this is difficult to set up. When I asked for more help from the next level tech, I was hung up on. When I called back, I was put in a queue and was able to leave a message after 20 minutes still waiting for that call back.
Determined to make it work, I tried a few things and it looked like I was getting the firmware updated. That’s when the app locked me out when I called again to ask that I’d be let back into the app. I was told I couldn’t be let back in for 24 hours or longer. I explained to the rep I took the day off to set this up and I couldn’t afford another day off for a product that doesn’t work. Although sympathetic, the rep had no solution for me. I spoke to a supervisor, who also had no solution for me other than the wait a day or two and try again to set this up. at this point, I decided to cut my losses box unit up and return to the store. 12 hours wasted trying to set this up. Note to works, please don’t answer with this review by saying please contact us at some email address. You had the chance to help me and you didn’t.. don’t waste your money on this

The tape is different from the green one on the Worx website. How are you suppose to secure it to the grounds
I have a drainage ditch at one end of my property with grass going all the way up to it. Will this mower recognise that situation and not fall in?

I prefer the design of worx mower
The mammotion is has a recent design compared to the others.
The color combination on worx suits the design, white can never be a good color for a lawnmower.

When you compared Ecovacs and Worx for the obstacle challenge, I preferred the way worx operated.

I am looking to replace my current Worx robot mower, its five years old. It has worked well but if there is a problem its always with the perimeter wire. I shall be looking at the next generation worx mower, thanks for the review.

It handles slopes better than I expected

Lidar is the best in my opinion. I’ve had and tested many lawn mowers. Most mowers with LiDAR also has AI vision. The RTK cloud stuff is fine at times but it has its faults as well

It cuts too far from the hedge. That means one will continue to manually cut the
grass all round the border.
The edge cutting still looks rough, so you’d need to trim them by hand. However, it does a good job overall,
